This is really nice. maybe you should fill in some of the little spaces in there and cut out a stencil.

If you don't mind I'd like to give you a tip.
My key for making symetrical designs is kindof a cheat but it works wonders.
Take your paper and fold it in half (don't crease it just fold it enough to where you can run your pencil down the middle) draw the one half of your design on one side up to the center line. Then fold it over again and rub on the back of the paper with something blunt (the end of a pen). It will transfer a faint but usable copy onto the other side of the paper. Then you can ink over it and it looks fantastic! Not that this design isn't fantastic but it looks like you've tried hard to make it identical on each side. I love designs like this tho. :)
